@WOWCare @WOW_WAY internet has been degraded horribly for over a week and as of this morning it now completely out at my home in Panama City Beach. I pay for the 500mbps package, this is unacceptable because all of our phone and television service comes through internet.

@WOWCare An hour later, I'm back on the phone with them letting them know the issue is still happening. Finally get someone to schedule for a technician to come out, and they can't get anyone until Wednesday.

@WOWCare , another outage in Grove City, OH (Columbus metro market). Several outages in the last couple of weeks I’m seeing on Twitter. I’ve been a loyal WOW! Customer for 8 years but I’m strongly thinking about switching to competitor. Need reliability to WFM.

@WOWCare As a business in Northfield Center this is unacceptable. We have had nothing by phone issues since we switched to you, now we are without our phone and internet for the last 4 hours. Kind of hard to run a business like that.
