Review Hitori no Shita: The Outcast | Anime Amino (2024)

Today I just finish watching this anime so now going to give my review hopefully you guys will find it helpful for making a decision whether to watch it or not.

Synopsis

It's about Chulan who decided to visit his grandfather grave but in a different events his grandfather grave is been stolen by someone so when he arrive he talk to the police of his village for a little bit then go to visit but then while he was there he is being attacked by a unknown zombies and he is save by a girl carrying a kitchen knife and somehow she then left our mc by himself with the zombies and somehow he survive it and he is at his collage again like nothing happened but he is joined by the same girl who save and left him to defense himself and to make matters worse he fight that girl and lose so now he have to become that girl servant now what will happen to his peaceful collage life now?

Story 9/10

Hmm story is fast not slow pacing which is very good and not to mention in the first episode there is already some action and in episode 2 we are being shown mc using his powers for the very first time

And not mention his meeting with houhu is the start of him uncovering dark mystery about his grandfather,father and himself and somehow his meeting is leading him to meet with other outsiders that can use powers like him but in a twist somehow his grandfather have leave him a more powerful power then the one that the outsiders could used making him something vulnerable to the other clans

And as usual the story is becoming more interesting towards in the middle to the end

Audio 9/10

I really like the op song it kind of have the rock beat and ed song is also ok really nice Soundtrack is really good I kind of like it it match with the story theme and the characters emotions

Characters 9/10

Chulan is a college student with a hidden power that is quite strong and hidden past well it's his grandfather who have somehow comited a sin in the past what kind of sin it doesn't being told to us yet

Houhou is a girl that save Chulan but also later on abandoned him because she wants to force him to used his powers anyhow to make the story short they fight at the back of Chulan collage and he lose so now he is servant of Houhou and I really like how they go into back story of her and that way we could know her more

No doubt some characters in this anime is very unlikeable like the other clans who is after him for purpose unknown like is his grandfather a bad person or not and whare is his father is he still alive?

Not to mention it seems Houhou also have a few of her own secret

And because of our mc is a young man who dosent have any girlfriend yet sometimes he could act like a pervert with the face and all lol.

Animation 9/10

The animation and artwork is nothing to special But it got the job done

Effectiveness 9/10

Well it's a story about zombies and mc characters with special powers and the Mc also have a hidden past And hidden powers and it seems everyone wants him because he is like his grandfather very powerful strong,what a story the director have created it feels right nothing feels of so far the action and sometimes there are comedy so it's not just serious this anime is being well balanced between the action and comedy

Overall 9/10

Story pacing is fast and very interesting to follow especially in the middle towards the end and I really like the op song and ed song is quite good also characters development well it seems that the Mc force to work with the girl who is very unfriendly they both seem to always argue with each other but yeah I couldn't really see any romance between Chulan and Houhou at this moment maybe in the upcoming episodes anyhow the ending is kind of feels a starting point for all the characters that means there will be a second season in the near future so yeah really can't wait for a second season also I recommend this to who like action and super powers anime
